hi again ladies. it was a severe reaction to the oil based lipoidal.seems like it got into my blood stream somehow.still feeling lousy but better than i was last night.luckily i can keep fluids down now or it would have been a trip to hospital and going on a drip.at the moment i just have to take things easy til im back to normal.thank you everyone for your well wishes.will do some persies later
