How many dpo was your 70? It's a good level to indicate the embie is having a red-hot go at implanting. I sooo feel where you are as it's hard when others are so excited but we know far too much information which makes the process so stressful. I hope tomorrow brings you the news you need with those progesterone levels rising along with the HCG !!
