Hi All,
Ferrals that is great news, sounds very promising, will you test again tomorrow?
I've got my BT tomorrow and I have not tested yet. Just hanging in there. I think I'm happy knowing that my embie is in there, don't want the test to tell me otherwise. Can't wait for tomorrow.

Is anyone on Pregnyl? Apparently no use testing at all with HPT as it will show + regardless..I really am going to have to sit this cycle out to the very end...YIKES!!
Thanks girls i had my trigger on the 7th of july and EPU on the 9th and day 3 embryo TF on the 12th so today is 6 days past a 3 day TF equal to 9dpo so that would explain why the lines are so faint but i have had no pregnyl injections nothing other that crinone so i hope my lines get darker in the next few days.

WOW Ferrals - sounding very positive. I tend to use the 1st response ones because they are cheaper and when I had my BFP I had very faint line with slightly darker on the outsides of the line too. Dont want to get your hopes up too much but you probably already have them up so Im probably safe to say I think you have a BFP there, yay! GL over the next few days - hoping the 2nd line gets darker. And if you havent had any boosters then I dont think you coul get a false pos.
Mumoncemore ~ Yes Pregnyl can definitely give false positives, hope the wait doesnt kill you hun, GL. Although I think you may be safe to test couple of days prior to BT, although if you can hold out that long there''s probably no point wasting your money. FX for you that this is your time to be a mum once more!

Mindhugs ~ thanks hun, im not so sure now but you never know. Always have our IVF in Oct to fall back on and its worked once so hopefully again. Im so happy things are going well for you, hope it continues - hugs back xo

AFM ~ not feeling very confident this cycle anymore. Think the sore nipples might have been a figment of my imagination or perhaps becasue of my flu as Ive been a bit achey all over. But not giving up all hope :)

I did a 1st response and a crystal clear this morning and both came up with unmistakeble positive lines and they are a lot darker than yesterday so with no pregnyl injections and these tests nice and dark i am confident our little jelly bean is snuggling in.
Now it just needs to stick and be healthy so the 8 week wait begins for our cvs and i thought getting pregnant was going to be a challenge i think this wait is going to be hard.
Ferrals ~ that is excellent to hear hun, yes definitely sounds like you have a lil jellybean snuggling in.

AFM: I know I am the biggest advocate for it aint of till the fat lady sings well I think she's clearing her throat my back started hurting today I am a little cranky and I am eating everything i see... so looks like an app to see the fs and then book in for full ivf if we get the chance I think we are just going to go full icsi I broke drown crying to dh tonight and told him I think this round has failed he said for me to not count my chickens yet so off to bed hope to wake up more positive

True ~ Sorry you are feeling that way hun but DH is right , it aint over till the fat lady sings.
Just remember ladies that AF symptoms and early pregnancy symptoms can be very similar. I still have hope for you hun but if not I reckon def go for the full IVF/ICSI. You guys will get there, im confident in that. Hugs sweetie xoxo
Mumoncemore ~ Im just on a natural cycle this time round but I know that I ovulated and when etc. Im at around CD25 and approx 5or6 DPO and my cycles are usually 34days approx. So another 9 days off testing I reckon. 5dp is still pretty early, so hopefully those AF type feelings you're getting are actually pg symptoms, GL and FX for you.

AFM ~ My :cold: seems to be easing thankfully. Ive had a bit of a weird tummy the whole time since o'ing but I think I had that last cycle so Im certainly not going to read too much into signs etc this time. Also felt like I had sore nipples earlier but really think that was due to my flu. Dont know how a feotus would survive if conceived right now because of this darn flu either.

I am back again after spending a lovely weekend with my DH spoiling me rotten and seeing a couple of movies and even going to the museum. More about me later.
Ferrals- You are lucky BDing. As much as I really would like to especially seeing my DH is only home one week out of every three I have kept him at arms length until we get our results.
Loops- Nice to see you in here. A natural BFP would be great. I know it is easier said than done but try not to read too much into any symptoms. you never really know until you do a test.
Mumoncemore - I too am on Pregnyl. Have been hanging out to test as well. only have 2 more days to wait. They keep saying that the pregnyl can give a false + but they don't say it WILL IYKWIM. lol that is the logic I am telling myself at the moment just to test. bit frightened tho in case it is a false result.
Trublue- Try not to tie yourself in too many knots. As you say it in not over til the fat lady sings.
AFM - Ladies I need your help with something. Will pregnyl stop or make your period late if you are not pregnant. I was due for AF yesterday and there was nothing. Not even spotting. Very unusual for me. I am never ever late and I always start spotting at least a day if not more before I actually start. Because of the lack of signs DH and I are quietly confident but trying not to get too hopeful in case it is the pregnyl.

My BT is on Thursday and AF was due yesterday. So hopefully this is a good sign hey. Fingers, Toes and everything crossed. I am thinking I might POAS tomorrow as they say allow 1 day for every 1000 iu of pregnyl and as I am on 1500iu of pregnyl every three days it should be out of my system tomorrow
Wantaminime ~ thanks hun xo. You're right , im not going to read into any symptoms because ive had similar ones before and they've turned out to be a neg. Im also gunna hold off on testing this time and probably only test one day before AF due.
I think with the Pregnyl and hormones my AF came early and then the following cycle after BFN AF came a lot later - but everyone is probably different. Id just be careful of testing though and false pos. You wouldnt want to get your hope us too much. Looking good though that you have no sign of AF. Whatever you decide - GL hun, FX for you.

I am feeling a bit crampy. I have had cramps more often than not since the transfer but atm they are rather sharp. Keeping fingers crossed

Mumoncemore - My cramps are right at the base of my stomach. They actually became rather severe overnight to the point of waking me up at 2.00am

I am feeling in limbo today which is better than yesterday when I was CERTAIN AF signs.. today bbs not as sore and AFish back ache has subsided a bit??? 50/50 again..a drop of hope returns ..

I think a few of us are in limbo of what we are feeling I had a bad day today I started having ramping but it subsided and now feels like someone keeps pinching me in the low abdomen in random spots with pliers.... back is on and off and bb's are the tiniest little bit sore dh and I decided to get a poas the nurse said pregnyl takes 6 days to get out of your system which would be tommorrow so in the morning we are going to poas am scared to but i just want to know... I am so tired and just wana book in with fs bad day hopefully tommorrow is better hope everyone elses symptoms are pg symptoms and not nasty af
Hey hope it's ok for me to hang in 2ww a little bit longer - I got my BT results yesterday and it's a BFP. I can't believe it still!! Beta was 2400 at 19dp5dt which my gp said is good.
But still when they rang with the results my clinic (not known for their personal skills) emphasised that often there isn't really a baby just a placenta and often not viable anyway. But just come to a scan and find out on the 10th of august! that sounded nerve wracking and we feel like we can't really let ourselves get too excited at this stage? So I asked my GP to test again next week and see if I am still pregnant.
So anyway just wanted to drop in and emphasise that i have had quite sharp twinges in ovary and middle tummy on and off the whole time (and bloated and fatigued) and still have and no AF. So definitely stay hopeful gals!

Saraz-those numbers are good i wouldnt worry what the nurse said they just try to make it known that any pregnancy might not be a viable one but with those numbers that is good.
I also got AF type cramping before my BFP and still get a little i think a lot of it is the crinone but my boobs are real sore and i am so tired and going to the loo a lot so with my past experience i am sure of my BFP now just hope the little one stays put.

AFM: I did the poas this morning BFN so have called fs and am going to try and get him to see him asap so we can organise ivf am not holding onto hope that maybe the test this morning just didn't pick it up so bt tommorrow should just confirm bfn am actually dealing with it ok as I have kown most of the week that it was a bfn... ah well full ivf here we come

Saraz - Congrats on your BFP. Don't listen to the dreary guts nurse. They can't sound too positive just in case but i bet she is smiling on the inside.
Trueblue - Sorry to hear your sad result. Keep your chin up and hopefully you will get results with IVF.
AFM - Well here I am at BT day. Still no AF. She was due at my normal cycle on Monday and as per my Stim cycle today. Still no sign of her, no spotting or anything but am cramping heaps. Funny thing is I don't feel as confident as I did the other day. Something inside me says this is just a chemical. It might aslo have to do with the PEOS result this morning. I decided I needed a heads up before my BT and took the test before I took my last dose of Pregnyl. I figured that if it was a - there was no questioning that result and depending on the strength of a positive I could maybe tell if it was leftover drug or real. Well it was + but only a faint line so I would think that it is only the left over Pregnyl from my last injection. Will let you all know this arvo.

I had my second and last Pregnyl injection on Sunday 1500.. Today is 4 days past injection. Does anyone know when I could test or what results have others got testing after Pregnyl..reliable or not??
To those who got BFP..did it really feel like AF on her way or did you have an inkling you were or might be pregnant??

AFM ~ Im on about CD27 and my cycles are normally 34days, ive had sore bb's on and off now since a few days after O'ing. I o'd around CD20-21. I dont normally get sore bb's until right before AF so its a bit weird for me to be sore so soon - although its mainly the left one (the slightly bigger of my bb's LOL). My tummy has felt a bit different at times - mainly tight in the lower tummy but that could be from blowing my nose so much lol. Ive felt a bit nauseus at times but think that's probably more due to the flu. But this morning i woke with bit of a headache - normally a sign for me AF coming but then again I had headaches when I got my BFP too. So really not sure and dont want to think about symptoms too much - because AF and pg symptoms are so similar. I may test on Sat - will see how im feeling but if not probably wont until say Wed.
Well I am not sure wether to to be happy or sad.
Apparently I am UTD but my HCG levels are really low. They are down at 17. So as they are so low they want me to have another dose of pregnyl on the 25th and my next BT will be on the 27th. So my TWW has just had another week tacked on it.
Has anyone had success with their HCG levels being so low???

Wantaminime-i am not real sure about those levels i have heard stories go either way low HCG and a healthy baby and the low HCG and a chemical pregnancy but if there is no bleeding that has to be a good sign.
Ooooh! loops so confusing isnt it i still run to the loo expecting there to be blood this is the worst time is the what ifs and am i and is it going to stick i really hope your signs are leading to a BFP.
well am def out of the running now after the af signs all week bfn on the poas yesterday af rocked up this morning as I was about to walk out the door to go for bt so had bt but going to call nurse I think and get the ball rolling on IVF I'm not upset about it I think cause I have had all week to get used to the idea so for now I'll leave you all and hope you all have better luck

Everything is still looking good for me. Still no sign of AF so maybe is was a late implantation. Does anyone know how late a inplantation can be?
Trueblue-i'm sorry hun i know the disapointment all to well when AF turns up but now you can get that ivf ball rolling no more guessing and wondering with ivf you just get to it injections, egg pick up if all goes well a embryo transfer and then you know for sure there is an embryo in there it just has to stick which with ivf your odds will be increased and your age is well on your side so it wont be much longer and you will have your BFP.

Wantaminime ~ Sorry hun, ive been in your position and I know how stressful it is. FX that HCG will increase hun. As Ferrals says ive heard cases of both, could end positievly or unfortunately chem preg or missed m/c. Did they say what your progesterone was, that was my biggest problem i had very low P4? I tortued myself for weeks with all the not knowing so i know its easy said than done but try not to read too much into everything. Just perhaps focus on the fact that you have gotten that one step closer and if it doesnt end well this time, next time things will go better. Thinking of you and :pray:

AFM ~ Have restrained from testing but going to tomorrow morning because if its BFN i'll be having a few bevies tomorrow night at a party - I'll be CD28. Still got sore bbs and a bit of a sore tummy but I think my tummy is from blowin my nose so much because my tummy hurts when I blow now LOL.
I have been going quietly mad after reading Loops response about a chemical pregnancy, so decided to call the nurse again to ask some questions. She said that my Progesterone level is at 31 and apparently that is a little low but not too bad. She also said it is probable the pregnyl is causing the HCG level in my body. This floored me as yesterday they said I was definetly preg just had low levels so this is what I have been running with and have been so happy. Now I am just lost.
I did a HPT before my pregnyl injection on Thursday and there was a faint line. I am to have another pregnyl injection on Sunday so will test again to see if the line is stronger. Then have another BT on Tuesday. Gee I hope it is good news because Tuesdays is DS 17th Birthday and I really don't want to be upset for that.
Hi everyone, I've been lurking for 2weeks on and off. Normally I jump right in (can't work out how to update my signature - but I've had 1 IUI, 3 stim IVF and this is my 2nd FET.)
However, I tried to stay occupied with other things, crafty, tv, work, sleep :-) and just popped in to see how others were going. Congratulations to those lovelies who got their dream news!!
My question is definately not a new one but I'd just like folks' take on it. I've been on progesterone pessaries twice a day and had 2 hcG shots (1500 pregnyl) the 2nd one being on Tuesday arvo, so 4 days ago now. I have had bloating, some mild cramping (like you're just aware of the area 'down there', not painful) and couldn't wait any longer and POAS. Got a faint +ve. DH said we'll do another tomorrow, but most of what we've read on here says that it should be outta my system now. My lovely FS said that it takes 3/4 days so that would tie in. Soooooo girls do ya think I'm in with a chance? I'm remaining positive....plse God, is it really my turn?!

I too have had 2 shots 1500 pregnyl..last shot Sunday..so 6days today..got a faint + this morning..but on a First Response..very sensitive..going nuts here as I have been soooo negative the whole cycle..AF due today..feel AFish but no show?? I was going to amend my first post cos I said it was a faint line but it wasn't a 'if you squint, hold it in a certain light and close one eye' positive..... just not quite as dart as test line. I would say after 6 days you definately would have it outta your system by now!!!! Fingers X for ya m'dear. The test I did yesterday was the 2nd from a packet that I had bought overseas ....think it was First response. Does it have a pink cap you put back on test end when waiting?
the 2 i have to use today and tomorrow are Precise. soooooo just need to wait till i need to pee.......that never takes too long with me!! will post results, let me know how you go.

Airline..how r u going? Yes First Response has a pink cap. I think the line this morning is ever so slightly darker/clearer than yesterdays AND still no AF!! Good luck for you too tomorrow at BT day..finally..xx I am feeling quietly optimistic and nervous too now?? I never make BT day without AF showing..the only two times I made it to BT day were positive but followed in M/C..

i was at work so this is me 'winding down' before lights out! I'm doing well. Feeling good and positive....pardon the pun! I need to sleep in a little so will get up when I wake up and go for BT. Didn't get a slip from FS so just going to GP. Of course results therefore won't be available till Tuesday. I wonder if they'll have them ready by late arvo early evening????? Pretty sure there's late opening hours at my surgery. Hmmmmm.
I also have had AF arrive unless I have a +ve...although never had hCG injections before. It's our time girl, it's our time. This one is IT! and IT is going to STICK!!
Of course will do another test tomorrow morning....using Precise now.

I am out. AF started showing this morning. I am feeling rather calm about it. now I can move on. This was only my first round.
Not sure what the protocol is from here and will no doubt find out tomorrow afternoon. still have to have a BT in the morning and we all kow what it will show but the FS insists. lol
