And Jess - so sorry to hear your setback. It is just egg donating and it basically the same as normal ivf but my cousin has to have all the needles and meds to get her ready to ovulate. We both have to go on the contraceptive pill but not take the "period" tablets. we need to get in time with each other so my linings are ready when her eggs are removed. It is quite involved actually, her partner has to have bloods done and also they have a councelling session then me and hubby have a session then we all have one together, there is police checks and child checks - like a working with children one.
