I just wanted to say thanks to all you lovely ladies for making me feel welcome on my first day in the club. Last month I found it so difficult to cope when AF arrived and all the well meaning words from family and friends just didn't seem to help... My DH and I just felt so alone. I'm so pleased that this cycle I get to share with people who know what it is like. Have a great weekend ladies, I'm away this weekend (which will hopefully help keep my mind off everything) so I will touch base on Monday.

I did manage to wish the IVF nurse my congratulations to any of her calls today that actually got a BFP that has no living angels
Oh well back to the drawing board, I think I will have a month off and then use our last ever embie ( if it survives the thaw)

Hi Ladies
Well Im not too sure about all this. i had pinkish discharge earlier today and called my FS and she said if it was an implantation bleed then it should be brownish not pinkish. It went and then there was nothing and now since I have got home it is brownish..sorry TMI. Oh and by the way, Im due for AF either tomorrow or Sunday and BT on Monday. Now my question is and hoping someone can answer me.....if it is implantation bleed....would I get it now so close to AF or should that have happened sooner. i have no AF pains but worried it might be her trying to happen. I never spot or have this before AF so Im wondering if I could be lucky enough for it to be implantation. can anyone clear this up for me. Is ther still a chance I could get a BFP??? I cracked and POAS even though my FS said not to until tomorrow...it was a BFN... and it was about 5.30 I did it so it wasnt first pee of the day? Does anyone think I am still i n with a shot or not. I really need anyone to be totally honest about it all even though I love you all being so positive...I need the truth.
I know we arent all the same and we are going through this together so you might not know the answer but I hope someone does. From my past attempts - I have pretty much learnt that if a HPT says neg around 12 dpo then it is usually (although not always) going to be neg.
All the research I have done over past 5 months suggests that implantation occurs between day 6-12. Even if it was late - say day 12 which is not that common then you should get enough hcg by 14dpo however, again not always.
I am in a similar boat.

Today is day 10 post transfer for me - the day AF always comes unless there has been some implanting action of some kind, although I did a HPT yesterday and it was BFN so I suspect AF will still arrive today/ tonight sometime or if it doesn't that the little embbie tried to implant but hasn't made it. Who knows. It will be what it will be.
I have brought blood test forward to sunday instead of Tues but AF will probably arrive before then. I feel like it is on its way - but the only other time it didn't come on day 10 post transfer so (12 DPO) which is my luteal phase was when it implanted but the hcg was too low for it to be viable and AF ended up coming later.
Good luck to you anyway - I read all the time about people getting BFP;s late and like at 17dpo etc etc - I just know my body and pretty much know that yesterdays HPT will be accurate if its neg
Hope that doesnt upset you - just trying to be honest given my experiences

Thought I might join you all in the torment that is the TWW.
I have one DS already from OI/IUI. Now TTC no 2 and not having much luck so far.
This is my third OI/IUI cycle and none, including this one,has gone smoothly at all. Poor response or overstim to drugs, poor hormone levels, thin lining etc etc. Because of unlucky timing, we couldn't have the actual IUI this cycle (would have fallen on a Sunday and to many follies to stretch it out another day). So we had to resort to "au naturale" DTD. Not happy about it all but praying that nature will by some miracle do what it is supposed to. Had my progesterone levels done on wed (2dpo) which were 78 which I am taking as at least a step in the right direction! I am taking the dreaded pessaries twice daily plus clexane injections due to history of prior m/c's

Anyway, I have tried to catch up a little on where you are all at and look forward to chatting with such an amazing group of women.

Tish and Bel - Huge congrats to you both and hoping we don't see you anywhere near this thread again unless it is TTC no 2

Blizz - sounding like congrats will be on the way very soon for you darl

Carla - Oh you poor thing! It is just torture being in that limbo land. I don't blame you at all for POAS. I always do, usually the day before AF due so that I can have some control over preparing for BT results. Last cycle I just "knew" I wasn't pg despite no AF. I POAS to confirm the BFN, then rang the clinic and told them I wasn't coming in for BT. I just could not handle getting a call to tell me bad news which I already knew. Try again with FMU either tomorrow or Sunday. If pg, I have always got a BFP prior to AF being due although there are plenty of stories of those who won't until several days late.

Bec G - So,so sorry re the BFN. I have followed some of your previous posts and I know how much you wanted this ( don't we all, I guess).
Hoping that next time brings better news for your family

Right on cue as soon as progesterone stops the flow begins..so today is day one and I'm thinking yeah should I just go again now lol. I am going away on a girls holiday next week to noosa so I think I might enjoy time out and come back all energetic.
It is bizarre how you fall off the horse but I'm chomping at the bit...the funniest thing that has happened this cycle is the support from all around but as we all have friends that are heartless and send thru the "So are you pregnant" txt..was ****ed at her for a week at least

hi everyone ...

Iam currently 5dp5dt = 10dpo. I was wondering if anyone could help me with the following:

i did a 1,500 pregnyl shot 3 days before ET and 1,500 the day of ET. it is now 5 days since i took my last pregnyl shot - would this be out of my system now ? i have been testing for the past 3 days and getting faint that show up in 3 mins and you can see at arms length. i am just not sure whether this is still picking up the pregnyl. i used pregnosis.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
