Carla and Mon - Hope you're both doing ok in your TWW. I wish I could speed time up for both of you, and I hope you're hanging in there! :fingerscrossed: I had terrible oily discharge with the pessaries too - I think it's fairly normal, despite how annoying it is! Didn't have as much trouble with the Crinone though.

Thank you to everyone for your messages after my BFN - they've helped me a lot and I really appreciate the support. It makes such a difference to have you all here to help deal with the aftermath

Well Im still in limbo until tomorrow. Getting my levels checked tomoz to see if they have increased considerably. I dont know what to expect. I havent had any more spotting . levels last week were 208 so pray we see a nice increase.

How is everyone today? I thnk Im ok....I dont seems to be as anxious this time round for some reason...is it the fact Im over it all or is my body going through something it has never been through before..so is that a GOOD sign??
I have no idea but what I do know is i dont want to get all excited and my hopes ups incase it turns out to be the same results as the last 2 transfers......

I did HPT this morning 11 dpo and got a neg - af is due Friday but I am pretty sure I am bust too.

How long exactly is this going to take? Miss C thanks for your lovely words - I just never thought I would have 6 tries to get pregnant once !

I have 2 embryos left in freezer. ill try them one at a time but then I am going to insist that if I have to have another EPU that they take them to blast.... this is getting silly now.......... has anyone heard about the genetic testing? i am considering this as well....

AF is due for me on Saturday so Im right there with you........you may not feel anything but its still possible................

We have our BT on Tuesday so thats STILL 6 days to go.......

BTW with your transfers are they not growing them out to blasty. Apparently they can do this too. Are they just thawing and implanting? What day were they frozen on! My GF had one of her embies thawed at 2 days and they grew it out to 5 days when they de-frosted and she is now PG. But there are also many ppl that fall PG on a 2-3 day embie! I hope you dont have to go through another stim cycle hun! So give those embies are shot!

Hi Carla, glad you arent so anxious today. I'm not as anxious today either for some reason. Yesterday kept getting these rushes of anxiety. Was a bit overwhelmed last night as had dinner at my mums and every1 was so positive that this time around this will be the one for me! Its so nice when every1 is positive! I just dont want to crush them either - thus being overwhelmed! Anyway am focussing on my little embie - nicknamed Minnie Mon. Have had a few crampy sensations today - its probably the crinone, but its probably also my little MM implanting itself! Thankgoodness work aint stressful, as am trying to remain calm and not stressed.

Nik - GL for your BT today! Sending you lots and lots of sticky vibes. I am sure your HCG levels are rising beautifully! Its one waiting fest after another isnt it!

missC - thanks for your well wishes! Wishing you all the best with your next cycle hun! Its time we all start moving onto those PG threads I say!

ifeel overwhelmed at times aswell and like you dont want to disappoint anyone with the BFN.....this is why we opted not to tell anyone when our results would be...except mum and my sister of course..just felt like too much pressure to impress. i know no one actually feels that way but it would be the best if we could turn aroound to everyone and say it was a BFP!!!
Im cramping alittle today like period pain...not due till Saturday and never get pain until after AF so not sure..Im trying not to panic.

Hey hun its probably the crinone/pessaries. I have been getting a little bit of cramping too. I usually get the odd twinge before AF so its not really the same. It does your head in doesnt it! I cant concentrate on work today!
I just want to know! I havent told which day I am testing for same reason! Ahh and time keeps dragging! I'll keep dreaming for now.

Waiting, don't lose hope yet. 11DPO is early. HPT's are only about 50-60% accurate at 11DPO, depending on the brand. Friday is the day that you can look at a HPT and know a little bit more clearer what's going on, and *maybe* trust the result more, but never 100% until you've had that BT. Please try not to read too much into it at the moment, hun. Give it til Friday - I still have hope for you!

I understand when you say you never expected it to take 6 goes. I'm only at go # 4 and I seriously didn't think it would be this long either. No one expects it. But FS keeps telling me it's really a matter of luck. It can take a year, it can take two, but most women will get pregnant when they continue with IVF treatment.It just takes so much courage and strength to keep going, hun. And it gets harder each time you get knocked down and have to get up again.

When comparisons are done large scale and long term, blastocyst transfers and day 2/3 transfers actually come up with about the same success rate, so it's completely your decision to want to take your embryos to blasties. Be aware that growing embryos to blastocysts means that you won't have as many embryos as when you would have at day 2, but at the same time, your blasties could well be stronger than your day 2 embies. There's a lot to think about and balance out, for you personally.

The genetic testing has pros and cons (it can't detect every genetic problem if an embryo has them), and most clinics don't like to do genetic testing until there's been implantation failure 10 or so times, especially if there doesn't look to be any likely cause for the continued implantation failure.

I know it makes you feel like something is wrong and that you need to do something to fix it hun, but I promise you, I could pretty much guarantee it has nothing to do with anything being wrong. So far, you just haven't had the right embryo. It's hard to handle, especially because of pain you go through each time it doesn't work. It's just luck. It's so hard to have to put everything down to that, but that's the biggest thing affecting the outcome at the moment. Just plain good or bad luck. Many hugs, and hang in there, waiting. You've just got to keep at it and keep being strong. It will be so sweet when you are holding that baby in your arms. If it helps, your feelings are understood, and not just by me :hugs:

Been keeping an eye on everyones progress, just been a little busy lately.

Collo - what fantastic news hope youhave a happy and healthy preg.

Waiting - wait a bit longer for HPT 11 days is a bit early. I will wait until BT on tues. Just hang in there. I sixtimes seems alot but i know someone who took 13 times with IVF.

Well as for me I have terrible ovary pain that is stopping me from sleeping they say that it is all the drug and that it is a good sign that it i getting worse. Great!.
I also asked if it would go away after my last injection which was today and they said that if I was pregnant it would only get worse. I am using panadol and heat packs now and i cant sleep, but i guess it is worth all the pain in the end.

Waiting, Carla my cycle buddies only 5 more sleeps.

Hope everyone has a lovely easter and we can leave these stressful times behind us for a few days.

Well my ovary pain has changed today to more like AF pain so not very positive anymore in fact just waiting now for Af to arrive. Will probably be tuesday night. All this waiting and speculating really does your head in. You become so intune with your body that every little twinge has your flip flopping from yes to no. Although when i was preg with my son i had AF pain just like normal didn't know i was preg until I was seven weeks. So who knows I really need to stop thinking about it. Have decided that if we get a BFN we are going to have a break for a while. Two reasons the travelling got to me ( three hour round trips to the clinic for scans with a screaming child in the back did me in) and for a more selfish reason that many of you might not understand I do not want another christmas baby.

Waiting..I still think you are testing too early. Your testing BEFORE AF.....of course your going to get BFN.....just hang in there. Has AF arrived????? Oh please let YOU be wrong and ME br right for you!!!
I was feeling quite off yesterday.....nauseas all night but I think it would Be too early to have any of that...I think Im just anxious......still a few pains...hope its not AF....... Spent alot of the night awake then cried myself back to sleep....this is just doing my head in....I just want to know either way but refuse to POAS. DH and I said we would POAS ONLY the day before the BT if AF hasnt arrived. Hope I dont crack.
