wouldloveabubba- I am so sorry to hear things haven't worked out....big hugs to you... I know that feeling of wondering when your turn will come. I'd have to echo what Neptune said...DH and I are trying to eat well, be fit, focus on living life outside TTC, while also trying naturally until we can resume IVF in the new year...all those things are helping me through...plus of course, you need grieving time too...it's natural to be sad.

    belle- congratulations!! wonderful news

afm- well I think I am in the TWW now, just trying naturally until we can resume IVF...and hoping by some miracle we won't even have to resume IVF My cycle is a bit out after the D&C though, but I do think I ovulated on the weekend...so anyhow, here's hoping my one remaining, rather dodgy/damaged tube works and everything else magically happens as it should. It's a bit scary trying naturally because the risk of an ectopic is certainly there for me in that dodgy left tube, but DH and I both wanted to give it a go

    Hi girls,

This is my first Down Reg cycle. I had my EPU on Saturday, 5 eggs collected (only have one ovary) Had my ET yesterday and my FS told me 3 fertilised and only 1 embryo made it. I was disappointed when I heard that but not much I can do.

So I am now officially part of the TWW group!

Dont know how I am going to distract myself or try to relax during this time. Im also paranoid about Listeria and what to eat and not eat. I conscience of everything I put into my mouth now which I havent really done in the past.

    Any tips/advice?

    Thanks heaps,
    Tania

Alloy- I did some research last night, but didn't find out much. My hubby has told me to just relax, but I could hardly sleep last night. I'm hoping for a BFP monday, and I feel more positive than usual because the levels are higher than usual. I'll just have to wait and see.

MissMagpie- It is hard to relax! I find myself researching every little thing during the TWW, but it keeps my mind busy and distracts me for a little while.

Thanks carr2walks. Im trying not to get too excited about the whole thing. The councellor told us that it takes on "average" 5 to 8 cycles for it to work so not holding onto lots of hope my first time round although thats easier said than done. Just dont want to be hype myself up lots only to be majorly let down.

MissMagpie- Trust me, it's so easy to get excited!

Does any1 know how early is too early to do a preg test? I did my FET 8 days ago, but only did my last pregnyl injection on sunday. Would it be too early to test now? And could you get a false positive if you did test cause of the pregnyl injection?

carr2walks- not sure what those levels mean- seems promising though and here's hoping you have a BFP very soon!

    JBM- hope FET goes well!

thanks everyone for the good luck wishes to me...the TWW is less stressful at least when IVF isn't involved....and when expectations are low, it's a different situation entirely really...of course no matter how much I downplay it, I know that if AF arrives I'll still be dissapointed...it's natural to hope, even against the odds.

minniemouse- hope you are doing ok...been thinking of you

buliej- I have replied at length in the other thread to you...but once again, I am so so sorry and sending you my best wishes and biggest hugs. It's devastating for you and I am so sorry you have to go through this, and I understand your pain completely. please contact me ifyou want to talk more.
