Williever, Having one tube is not the end of the world!! One of my friends lost a tube due to an ectopic pregnancy and went on to have two beautiful boys completely naturally.
I have no idea how the drugs work with one tube sorry, I also have one tube and am now pregnant, although we went down the ivf route, that was due to several factors together though, we have other issues as well that contirbuted to our ivf decision.
Good luck- so many of us know how it can feel to believe it will never happen, but you have to look after yourself.
