i was going to suggest the same thing Sarah - normal cycle, you have one maybe two follies, during AC you can have a whole lot more! and if you're having a good response (which i'm guessing you are considering you're moving to u/s on wednesday) it's possible you have a good number of follies on your right ovary - not fun, but all for a good cause!
