Sounds all too familiar! I had 17 follies on my left ovary last week and was feeling it from around day 3 of injections. By the time it got to the day before EPU, it was extremely uncomfortable to bend over, sleep on my side/tummy. Sometimes it would be a dull ache, and other times I would get a sharp pain. I would say the Puregon is definitely working.
