Sarah, you can take panadol, panadeine or panadeine forte during a cycle without problems.

I had a similar pain at the beginning of my time on puregon - I'd been on it for 5 days and it was the day of my first blood test. I was doubled over in pain at work and had to go home because it was so bad. Turns out my levels were still really low at that point, but I'm convinced it was my ovaries starting to respond as my levels shot up after that point... may have had something to do with doubling the dose, but I'm still convinced that the pain was things starting up.
