Hugh Jackman's wife's name is Deborah-Lee Ferness (sp?) - I only know this because I am "Debra Lee". I would have loved to have seen her chatting on Denton. In fact, I think I may have seen a snippet of it so that's probably the lady you saw, Mermaid.
