I bet your dh enjoyed the fishing trip( i know my dh can't get enough fishing in his life lol).
Family can be so awful at times like these that you are going through. Hang in there sweet and all the best with you all playing the role of bouncer. Atleast your nan had everything organised for herself. I think the pre paid option is definately the way to go about things that way you get what you want and nobody can do a thing about it.
