    Hi everyone,
    I also have POS,
I fell pregnant with my daughter Britney on clomid 1 tablet a day 1st month.
Joshuah my son took longer 22months, 8months on clomid 4 tablets a day.
I fell pregnant last year on metaformin (know one told me I could possibly ovulate while on metaformin) but I miscarried at 6.5 weeks.
I feel pregnant naturally (well almost had to take drugs to bring on period)this February and I'm due in October, a nice surprise as we where planning to start again in a couple of months.

To all those trying Hang in there!!!!!
Best of Luck to you all!!!

AJC, way to go with a progesterone of 64! Highest mine has ever been is 21! I think I have progesterone envy , not sure if there is such a thing!

Snoopea, thanks for sharing your experience, its good to know that it may be worth perservering!

We are also waiting on donor's swimmer test results as that may obviously make a difference to how long we stick with clomid for.

Evening all. Would love some input re. whether how much use us doing an insemination tomorrow afternoon will be. If you look at my chart you will see that I am CD17 today and had positive OPKs CD 15 and CD 16. I think I probably ovulated this morning (friday). We did an insemination on wed evening (CD15) but the donor had to then go interstate and is not back until lunchtime tomorrow (sat, CD18). Thus a second insemination would, at the earliest, be saturday afternoon. This, I think is greater than 24 hours post when I think I ovulated. I think there is therefore little chance that an insemination tomorrow would help with a BFP for this cycle. At the same time the thought of doing only one insemination in a cycle is a little scary (we usually do 2-3). Part of me thinks we have little to lose by doing it. However, if its not going to add anything then I think its better to not inconvenience the donor and I personally do not really enjoy the inseminations especially the smell of the swimmers! (sorry if TMI). Lastly, would very happy mamage that if it would help a BFP! Any thoughts???? Thanks Girldoc 1b8da8 Ovulation Charts

docgirl - I agree in that tomorrow's probably is too late. It only takes one little swimmer to meet up with that eggie, so hopefully there were some nice strong healthy ones in Wed's insemination. I think your chart looks like you O'd yesterday (I guess that will be confirmed with your temps over next few days if that's the case) so Wed's insemination was probably perfect timing. for you.

Thanks AJC, we decided not to go ahead with the insemination. FF has still given me a 'good' re chance of a BFP!. Am very happy with my post O temps sa far.

Docgirl - hope the tww flies by.....

Mel - hope you're going well and hope that's the last time you see af for around 9 months

Am hoping I don't O early this month, I think we started bd too early last month & we were worn out before it was O time. As tempting as it is, we're trying to wait a little longer this month now that we know we have to use our swimmers wisely.

AJC - :pink-babydust: for you too. Hopefully you can use those swimmers wisly.
DrGirl72 - Crossing fingers for you too. Hoping that you got in there at the right time.

Me I'm at CD9 so bd every 36 hrs from 10 - 21, have told DH to rest up tonight.
I'm soo not a morning person so DH has to instigate the morinings.

It's wierd, I'm really relaxed about the TTC now. That first month after M/c was a doozy but it has made me all calm, I've now got proof that it can happen, the rest is up to the universe and some serious BDing.
