Teaspoon of vegemite or splashes of Worcestershire sauce is very yum. Otherwise an egg, grated carrot, onion and definitely parsley!

Same as my mum - mince, grated onion, garlic, french onion soup mix, pepper, fresh parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, I like to add some sweet chilli sauce.

I use beef mince, tomato, worchestershire & BBQ sauces, pkt stuffing mix, an egg, diced onion and a small tin of crushed pineapple... yummo!

I also like to add an array of fresh grated veges: onion, carrot, zucchini, parsley and chives. Sometimes sweet potato, sometimes peas and corn. Cheese, egg, and sometimes breadcrumbs to make it all come together.
I also second the pineapple! YUM! And sweet chilli sauce! Haven't done both together though

    Depends on my mood.

I think you can add prety much anything to them, whatever your mood.

I do: mince, 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, whatever herbs on hand, sweet chili sauce, bbq or tomato sauce, garlic, onion.... smosh it all together real good (I think this is the bit that makes them gooood, seriously get stuck into them with your hands till the mix is niiice and smooth - sometimes a little water helps to get it nice and mooshy) and sometimes I add grated veg if I can be bothered LOL. I don't do measurements with mine, I just keep adding stuff untill my mix feels right

no bread crumbs in mine , but i use 1 lg egg to bind and make sure my veggies are cut/diced very small or they will fall apart . i also add gormet garden herbs to mine and they taste sooo good

i like just mince , garlic , onion , bacon , egg, parsley and a dash of worster sauce

plain and simple and then you can add sauce or relish (tomamto relish YUM !!!) and i always cook them with the cheese on top so it melts and its soo delish and moist and you dont have to wait for melted cheese ... !

KR you are on to something! Worcestershire sauce ALWAYS, a teaspoon of honey seeded mustard and squirt of tomato sauce
