    Oh, I put in garlic too. & always egg & sometimes bread crumbs, sometimes BBQ & tomato sauce.

    no bread crumbs in mine , but i use 1 lg egg to bind and make sure my veggies are cut/diced very small or they will fall apart . i also add gormet garden herbs to mine and they taste sooo good

    i like just mince , garlic , onion , bacon , egg, parsley and a dash of worster sauce

    plain and simple and then you can add sauce or relish (tomamto relish YUM !!!) and i always cook them with the cheese on top so it melts and its soo delish and moist and you dont have to wait for melted cheese ... !

    KR you are on to something! Worcestershire sauce ALWAYS, a teaspoon of honey seeded mustard and squirt of tomato sauce

    The basic mince, onion, egg & breadcrumbs.
    Usually garlic, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, curry powder, mixed herbs, grated carrot & zucchini. Sometimes parmesan cheese...anything else I feel lilke at the time. I love rissoles for that reason - you can do almost anything to them
