Question Braxton Hicks.. how often is too often?

I have been experiencing a lot of BH contractions lately... and sometimes they're beginning to hurt.

I was a bit concerned about how often is too often, so today I've kept a record... seems as though they occur roughly every two hours.

I have noticed though that they have been happening a lot more frequently at night, so i'm yet to see what sort of time difference there is between them tonight.

Can anyone tell me if this is too often? Any recommendations?

    You'll be fine darl!
BH are the best way of preparing "you" for labour and can be felt differently between lots of different people.
I don't think I really had any until the last four weeks and then I got them all the time!
If you're really worried give your ob or middie a call and discuss with them, but honestly, you've probably got nothing to worry about!
Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy!
