I have a dermoid tumour on my right overy and am now 36 wks pregnant. I found out at my 10wk scan of this. Mine is bigger than my fist but have had no symptoms of it even being there. Drs spoke of removing it by key hole sugery inbetween 14 and 28 wks but by 28 wks still had no syptoms. Drs have decided to leave it untill 6 wks after the birth to remove it. Unless I have a c section and they will take it then.

I have had numerous scans throughout the pregnancy to keep an eye on it. It has changed shape quite a few times.

Dr checked on wednesday that it wasnt in the way of the baby's head to prevent going into natural labour. But really it has caused no interference at all.

Hopefully when you go back they will tell you it has disolved away.
Cysts and Tumours on overies are apparently quite common so probably cause for very little concern.
