echidna, have u looked on ebay for a belt?
There are a few on atm, under supprot belt and maternity belt. hth.
My physio also sugested buying the elastic and making one myself, just make sure its nice and firm.

Echidna, PM me your address and I'll be happy to send you mine. There's a small chance I may have sent it to storage but if not, you're very welcome to borrow/have it. I'll only want it back if I get UTD. I hate the thought of you being in pain unnecessarily - SPD is a horrible thing.
