I just had my third baby just over 3 weeks ago - with my first two, they just had the anti-D injection after the birth. Now they have changed the protocol and this time around I had it at 28 and 34 weeks (or thereabouts). They also give you one after the birth, depending on the baby's blood group (my DD is negative blood group, they only need to give it after the birth if bubs blood group is positive).
