I'm rhesus neg and with my first two daughters I had the anti-d injection straight after I gave birth. They too are both Rh neg.

My Dr also told me the same as what Stormi has said, I will need an injection before the birth at around 28 weeks, he didn't however mention a second injection, but I'll talk to him about it next week.
