Well, i did heaps of tests over a course of about 2mths to rule out diabetes & glandular fever, and anything else the GP might have thought was the reason behind my inflamed liver and it turned out to be i had a delayed effect on the drugs given to me during my gall bladder surgery back in late January this year. The GP said it was going to take possibly months for the side effects (which i mentioned i had in the thread). I was prescribed medication to help with the nausea which i honestly don't think really helped but thankfully the nausea went after sometime (but slowly), the physical imbalanced side of things i still have slightly but it's my blurred vision that concerns me the most as it hasn't improved like i thought it would have by now. The GP said not to get my eyesight checked but to wait it out but i think i will see her again in about a month's time if it has not improved lots by then (reading anything close up is what i struggle with the most).
Overall i'm heaps better then back then ... and the GREAT NEWS is my last test result several weeks ago showed my inflamed liver is no longer inflamed and my liver is back to normal
(and the GP gave me the ok i could drink alcohol at the GC meetup we had a few weeks ago but she warned me not to over do it which um i kind of didn't listen but overall didn't suffer IYKWIM )
So in having said all that Miss H i honestly wouldn't worry about it as i was so surprised how quickly my liver went back to normal

) let you know that it is actually pretty common to have elevated LFT's before, during, and after gall stone attacks and for a couple of months after having the gall bladder out.
