Thanks SaraM, yes am still in the positivo zone, and working on building my energy & wellness every day.
The vast majority of breast changes that women report to their GPs turn out to be harmless, and you are absolutely doing the right thing getting it checked out now - esp since you finished BFing a couple of months ago. Good luck & let us know how you get on tmrw.
Just wanted to wish you luck with your appointment tomorrow. I hope it turns out to be nothing but good on you for getting it checked anyway. Better safe than sorry.
I had a lump in my breast not so long ago and it turned out to be a swollen gland as I had been sick with the flu. There are lots of other explanations and hopefully it is one of those. All the best
Thanks gals - I really appreciate the support. I am not really worried about it - which is strange for me. I seriously doubt anything will come of it - or even if the dr will even find it.
Just updating - went and saw the dr and she did find a ridge in the breast but thinks it is just from BF. We are going to have an US on the 30th but it all sounds very normal. So thank you for your thoughts.
Dr's would much prefer to check and find nothing, than have to tell a young Mum she has cancer. Always get them checked cause it will be the one that you 'ignore' that will be something wrong..When I was in my early 20's I was forever getting lumps, they were all nothing, but got each one checked jic..
