As far as what is possible in Australia- Kind Edward hospy in W.A has a breast milk bank for premies.
After my baby was still born at full term I wanted to let my milk come in, and donate it, but still-births means your milk is not 'eligible'. (at King Ed anyway).
I thought that lactating might have helped my grief (oxytocin etc), but after advice from the peri-natal loss midwife I took meds that stop lactation. My milk did start to come in a little bit on day 2 after birth, and it filled me with grief and I couldn't deal with the physical pain, so I was glad in the end that I had the meds. (but still needed to 'bind' my breasts).
There has only been one small study done into lactation and it's effect on mothers of still-born babies. (And that study only looked at 6 mothers!)
