Sweety you need to do what is right for you. However, there really is no need to call the ambulance unless there is a big bleed which is highly unlikely darling.
It sounds to me that things are on the move & it will just take time. It's just now waiting and pacing yourself. I would run a nice hot bath, light some cancles and do some reflecting. If there are no cx I would hop into bed and rest. Strength be with you darling....

I dont have any cramping, just some dull period pain that I didn't have before....
I have gone through more than a box of tissues sitting here, but feeling you all so close is just so comforting right now.....
