Hi MissAmy;

My dr said whenever we are ready but best to wait until the first period happens.

It was also good to make sure you have a proper period to make sure there is a nice fluffy uterine lining there for the baby to snuggle in to.

They normally ask you to wait a full cycle or 2-3 after having a d&c done because the lining is scraped so thinly..though..I know you didnt have one of those, thought it might be of interest to you..

We "tried" straight after the m/c and all it did was cause me hell..I don't think I actually ovulated that month even though I thought I did..looking back my temps were all over the place, and emotionally I was certain i was pg and had to be pg you know?

I went nuts buying a heap of tests, not online as I didnt knwo you could but cheapies online at that point..and I was forever checking out my cervix position in hope it would tell me I was utd..

If you did wait, then good for you! No stress this time around! It really is horrendus emotionally as all you want to do is "replace" what you lost.

My dr used the term "debris" as well..I was cranky because she had a student in the room and was being completely insensitive, and said in a verrrry sarcastic term, "Debris?? What, did I have a car crash in my uterus??" what is it with them using negative terms!!!! Argh just call it something else!

Hope you're well and hope you can have a sticky bundle very soon xx
