There is a Honeyboy! sewing group you can join (yahoo groups) which has step by step pictorials which are quite helpful. You can also post questions and have HoneyWAHMS (Honeyboy Work At Home Mums) answer them. Honeyboy nappies are one of the most time consuming and tricky patterns out there but they're killer nappies so are worth the effort!

The Very Baby pattern is good if you have an overlocker (you'll have to google where from though as I don't know). Check out ozclothnappies dot org for free patterns too.
