Whilst you're still at the hospital get a hold of their electric pump and get pumping and stock their fridge. They don't actually need much for feeds. Once my milk came in it started pouring out. I was pumping 200mls at a time within a day or so, and I'm pretty sure they were only needing about 60ml per feed (I think.. feels so long ago now). All I can say is if you want to avoid the formula, sit at that pump like an old dairy cow (LOL sorry.. just that's how I felt!). Give them every ounce of colostrum you can squeeze out too.
