Partial Ferns show when you are in your Most Fertile Stage
Full Ferns show when you should be "o" 16-24hrs later.

As you can show signs or "Most Fertile" at any stage of your cycle you should take a partial fern as GO FOR IT and Bed Away.

Its all very confusing. The month I did use it I fell pregnant, so don't give up on it...
