I used this for a while too earlier this year but once I went onto IVF, I gave it to someone else.

I found that it DID detect the most fertile time of the month for me and that it was pretty spot on with my own observations and the OPKs I was using. It was useful to have another confirmation in that regard.

If however you are not getting fertile mucus (or very much that is detectable) it might be difficult using this device. As the girls mentioned, Clomid can interfere with the production of CM so if you are on that, I wouldn't be using Maybe Baby. The OPKs would be the way to go.
