Hi girls. Just a quick one to let you know I am home. It is a different home but ours just the same. I will update you on our day yesterday but I really just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you.

I had a feeling of peace and love as we travelled through the formalities of yesterday. I gave a eulogy that I was told was beautiful and people kept telling me how brave I was. They just haven't seen the tears and the sobbed version as I said goodbye to my husbands mortal body for the last time I am exhausted, physically and mentally. But happy to be back in our house and not the place where Greg died. I have so much to write and tell you but mostly I just want to say thank you.

Thank you for your love, support, calls, candles, prayers and hugs - cyber or otherwise. It means so much to have the love surround you and Greg always knew how important you all are to me. I will be back over the next few days when things start to revert to the new *normal*
