I don't personally agree with that but I will not attack you I personally don't think hitting a child for hitting makes sense. In my own experience, children that get hit/smacked/tapped for hitting (and other behaviours) are often the ones who misbehave the most.

I dislike the line, "you just wait". Nah, I still will not use violence or intimidate my daughter.
