I was chatting with a BB gal today and she mentioned this thread. Straight away I knew what I loved about having a special little boy to raise. My answer to your question .... I love that I will be raising a wonderful man because the world needs more of them. I feel in a strange way that my DS is such a wonderful contribution to the world and I am thankful that he has a fantastic dad to show him how to be an amazing man, husband, father etc. Raising DS to be a great man not only helps his own family and people that he will work with one day but it will also show other men in the community and his friends how to be a good man also. Not sure if all that makes any sense but I think that the more beautiful little boys that are born into wonderful homes the better the world will be for the men that come of it.
