thanks, great ideas.... I will try the nappy off. Sometimes she has worn knickers but has still done it, but is worth another try.
Had a look in the bath this evening - the slight redness disappeared & no discharge - her vulva just looks a bit squished lol... maybe she has irritated the skin. Will try all ideas this week and if continues, will get GP to see if there is any any irritation.
