AJ - Panadol/Panadeine I think also Neurofen are all fine to take while pregnant, if you have a fever I think it`ll be best to take something to try and bring it down. I was further along then you (24 weeks) when I was running 40 plus degree temps but I was admitted to Hospital and on Panadol 4 hourly for days on end to get it under control.

If you get any worse or still feeling like crap in the morning you`d be best to go to your caregiver they`d be able to give you advice on what you can and can`t take.
