Hi-

ATM i love snacking on grapes, sultanas (also good for added fibre) all kinds of fruit (great season ATM, mmmm nectrines, peaches) bananas, carrot sticks, yoghurt.

Im summer i crave iceblocks, or i make my own ice cubes with fruit juices etc.

I gained 26 kg with my first so i know how you feel- that my fear with this preg... i've been eating healthy this preg and been walking, riding bikes, swiming, all the usual house hold chores, plus my 3 y/o keeps me quite active these days etc, but still have put on almost 10kg so far... Oh well at least i know that i'm eating the good stuff and staying active.

Oh i forgot fruit smothies, ( i love banana smothies (skim milk 1-2 babanas and a dash of vanilla... yummo) Also help you feel full for longer
