I told my Mum a couple of days after I found out, I was about 4 weeks 2 days. When she asked how late I was, she was like "Oh, ok" She later told me when I reached 7 weeks, she was surprised I had hadn't lost it. I know my Mum and wasn't surprised or hurt by her comment. She had reqently said, back in her day you wouldn't have know you were having an early m/c as you didn't have access to HPT and you would just think you were having a late period. As it was I waited till I was about 6 weeks before going to the DR for confirmation.
We told DH parents after BT confirmation, then siblings at 8 weeks after OB, U"S appointment. Now the rest of the world after the offical 12 week U/S.
I also told a couple of ppl at work, as they ketp commenting how pastey I looked.
