i told my mum at 12 wks (she said she had no idea, but the next day she said she could tell by my tummy) my dad said he had figured it out. i told dd 14wk and all the grandparents in the last two weeks. i havent really told anyone else yet (i only told dh at 8wks as he was away with work and waited till we were away by ourselves) so i will just wait till ppl comment - although i am surprised no-one has, i have definitely gained and it looks so obvious to me!
