    Aw you poor thing

I've had nausea constantly 24/7 for the last 2.5 weeks and last week was the WORST yet. I am hoping it was just week 7 that was the worst and that the following weeks will just be mild nausea like it has been lately.... sometimes I find it uncomfortable and the only thing that helps is either curling over at my desk (at work) or if at home, i can lie down and that really helps.

Eating CONSTANTLY helps me although I am not even wanting to eat anything but i have to....
Green apples DON"T help me! Tried that and I nearly vomited straight away.... only reason I stopped myself from vomiting was because I had drunk 1l of water for my scan and couldn't lose it all!!!

Have you tried Travacalm Natural...you can buy it from the chemist. Found its the only thing thats semi helped so far. Its for travel sickness but on the box states 'Also for morning sickness', that combined with a Vitamin B tablet!!
