So I'm going to Japan for 2 weeks on Friday, right when I might, if I'm going to, start getting morning sickness. So far nothing except I'm not as hungry as usual, which might be it or might be general nerves about the whole baby thing.
I've read about people eating a dry biscuit or so first thing in the morning, and I've seen people mention fruit tingles (why?).
What I want to know is what things would you take to Japan to help with possible morning sickness? Bearing in mind that I might not be able to get the things I want there, or might not be able to recognise their packaging even if I find them... I figured I'd toss a packet of ryvitas or similar in my suitcase, to start with.
