Just joining in here for a little support

I have already put on too much weight and its really hard on me as I lost 50kg before I fell pregnant. I work for Weight Watchers aswell so its not a good look and I know all the things im "supposed" to be doing. I am happy to say though, I have out on no weight in 4 weeks

My aim is to put on no more weight (so in theroy, im losing weight) or to be a lower weight than I am now when I give birth.
Im having a bad time today... I have no idea what to have for lunch!!! I had eggs yesterday, salad wrap the day before. We go shopping this week, so theres not a huge variety left. Ive got some multigrain bread.. so Im thinking of having some toast with tuna & low fat mayo..??
