Hello everyone,
How are you all travelling so far?
I had another good day food wise yesterday. I probably would have caved truth be told. My DS2 is unwell and has been sooky and whingy and cuddly, and he kept both me and my DH up all last night - times like that all I want to do is eat sweet sugary foods. Thankfully there was nothing in the house for me to consume, and my DH had the car all day so I couldn't go out and get anything. I am a big emotional eater, and stress is my archilles heel - when I reash my limit looking after the kids, I usually find that is when I loose control of myself in regards to food. I do have to confess though, that I did at one point get so desprate that I had a spoonful of icing sugar. I put the spoon down and the icing sugar back in the cupboard then, and I made sure I wrote it down in my food diary too. But other then that I managed to stick to healthy foods within my daily allowance. So I am pretty pleased overall.
I hope everyone else is going well.

) and they are a great little snack to have if you feel like something sweet after dinner.

For fessing up your stats. It is hard isn't it. (tell you a 'not so' secret - I actually work for Weight Watchers, so it is doubly embarrassing for me to admit how far I have let myself go. When I first joined WW as a member I weighed over 100kgs, and worked very hard to loose all that weight; but it is like a revolving door, everytime I fall pregnant I find myself having to reloose it all again. At least this is my last baby, so my challenge after bubs is born and I loose the weight again, will be to actually keep it off - much harder then loosing it IMHO).
