Thanks blackbird, I might look into that...just gotta remember when I'm passing the chemist next...lol. Sounds like it could be a good alternative for me. I looked at the Blackmore's multi but they're damn horse pills and I just can't do it...I had enough problems with the pill sometimes...rofl...pathetic aren't I!!
