Laranna All that's here about corpus luteum cysts is correct, from my own POV i had one that was 10cm by 7cm (!) that caused me no pain or problems except once when a friend (who is a doctor) was having a feel of bubs and accidentally poked it. None of my MW's ever did that and though it was sore when it happened it was just tender for a half hour or so and then fine again. I only had one scan (at 11wks) so i never was re-checked but i haven't had problems since so i assume all is well

lea nabothian cysts are blocked musuc glands on the cervix. The nabothian glands are what produce the cervical mucus and it is both common and harmless for them to become blocked. Sometimes women feel the lumps themselves, sometimes the gyn finds them at a pap smear, often they go undetected. They generally resolve themselves and are completely harmless. Unless they cause you problems they are absolutely nothing to worry about. I would assume the "horn" they are talking about are the left and right horns of the uterus, and the 12mm and 8mm are the depths of uterine lining on each side. How far long are you?
