hormonal bleeds

found out on monday i was pregnant but was curious about hormonal bleeds.

my period was due on sunday as according to FF i ovulated day 9, i tested on saturday and got a negetive then sunday evening around 8pm i has about 5 drops of blood enought to leave a *tmi* skid mark in my undies! i assumed it was AF showing up but upon waking the next morning and having no further bleeding i began wondering, i convinved DH that arvo to let me test and the bfp came up straight away.

the other issue is that at some points through my cycle FF tried changing my ovulationd day by 3 days to day 12 (dotted line only.) so could it have been a implantaion bleed

so my question is, is it more likely a hormonal bleed as there was more blood than i would expect from a implantation bleed?
if it was am i likely to experience more bleeding this pregnancy?
those who have had hormonal bleeds did they continue?

i would think that 5 drops of blood would be classed as spotting.. so i would say implantation bleed too.
