Cashews contain a decent amount of iron. I've been eating them daily since finding my iron was low (as well as taking FGF) and I've found I have more energy.
I get results back from my tests tomorrow, in the mean time ive been having lots of iron enriched foods.
I just want the tiredness to end.

My OB recomended a liquid iron supplement called SPA-TONE
Cna be purchased from chemist, but i had to get this and take it up to 2 weeks prior to my c-sect to try and avoid blood transfusion and i did!
so it must have increased my iron levels enough!!!
