I have an idea!!! (cant believe it but I do!!)

Most of us come on BellyBelly everyday...

Wouldnt it be great if the site could have a reminder when people are in the pregnancy forums saying "Have you done your pelvic floor today? - If not do them now while you are surfing BellyBelly!"

I would actually pay attention to that as everytime I see this forum pop up on my new threads list I remember to do them!

Now how do we make that happen?!
