i got the book yestaday, and i am aleady hlaf way though it!!! i am stoked i aleady have a bit of a diffeent outlook on smoking but as he said in the book you shouldnt quit until the end of the book, so i am going to ead the last of the book today, so my post next time will be about how i HAVE QUIT!!!
