Write a letter mate, let management know that you were treated by an incredibly impersonal doctor who didn't bother to check important things like your emotional state, and wasn't willing to discuss your VBAC options with you properly. Or whatever other issue you had.

Just a polite reasonable letter asking them to make sure that other people aren't treated with the same disrespect as you were. Hopefully she'll get reminded to at least pretend that she cares about patients. Good on you for sticking by what you believe to be right though!
