I dislike the name and the notion TBH. It feels a bit like commercialisation to me, getting a gift for having a baby, and I don't like the "push" name. A small token perhaps, like a charm for a bracelet, but in my mind an eternity ring is for a tenth or 20th anniversary and when a new baby is born there are so many more important things to spend money on than diamonds. Just my 2c
